Launching the Nutrition & Weight Loss Coaching Program

 

Whoa!  The kids are back in school and if you’re looking at how to kick-start the fall; why not start with the Nutrition & Weight Loss Coaching Program.

For the majority of people, exercise alone is not enough to create long-lasting change.  Struggling with weight gain or just trying to maintain a healthy weight can be challenging and often times overwhelming. However, with the help of a Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach, you can finally overcome those barriers and get amazing results.

 

The Nutrition & Weight Loss Coaching Program delivers information in

a straightforward manner so that you can make better choices;

more often, lose weight, and lead a healthier life!

 

Nutrition information is constantly evolving and being able to decipher this information and apply it to fat loss strategies is essential for your success. This program will allow you to understand healthy eating, the value of regular activity and ways to reduce body fat. I’ll provide you with excellent strategies and tools to help you build a healthier body.

The Nutrition & Weight Loss Coaching Program is a turn-key approach to weight loss. It provides material that is well rounded, comprehensive, yet easy to understand and apply.

 

3-One hour Nutrition & Weight Loss Coaching Package $180

Session 1:  Meet and Greet, Client Agreement Form, Setting your Goal(s), and review Nutrition & Weight Loss Balance Evaluation Form.

Session 2:  NWL Evaluation Results, Your Food Journal, and Introduction to “My Healthy Eating Plan”.

Session 3:  Introduction to the Vegetable Checklist, Create your “Healthy Eating Plan”, Introduction to the Pyramid of Integrated Nutrition, and Introduction to the Wheel of Integrated Nutrition.

 

Follow-up Sessions:     30 minutes:  $30  |  60 minutes:  $60

Follow-up Sessions: Portion Control, How to Read and Understand a Nutrition Label, Ingredients to Avoid and Why, The Importance of Phytonutrients, Effective Grocery Shopping, Prepping your Meals, Fad Diets versus a Lifestyle Change, Balancing Macronutrient Consumption. And so much more!
